As in past years, Hong Kong Sevens tickets will first be assigned to all Hong Kong Rugby Football Union (HKRFU) Member Clubs and HKRFU stakeholders to ensure their members are given priority for tickets and to encourage the continued growth in the numbers of local rugby players and supporters in Hong Kong, particularly at youth rugby level.

This policy not only ensures that active and long-term supporters of local rugby enjoy priority access to tickets, but also provides an effective channel and incentive for the continued growth of rugby in Hong Kong.

Internationally, ticket and accommodation packages will be sold through the HKRFU's overseas Official Travel Agents and Cathay Pacific Airways, the tournament's co-title sponsor and official airline. The list of the agents officially promoting the tournament around the world will be available in June 2008.

Information on tickets sales to the Hong Kong public will be announced in October 2008.
